As Child Life Specialists, our abilities to provide care and support through non-pharmacological pain management has vastly reached new heights with the introduction of some VIP team members at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas. With the help of three, new DOGTORS around, the children, caregivers and staff at our local area children’s hospital are getting some much-needed TLC working alongside their Child Life Specialists.
